For those arriving by car, a temporary permit is available to access the restricted traffic zone (ZTL) and a private parking spot can be found at the nearby Vanvitelli Parking. Free parking is also available on the streets surrounding the apartment. The interiors have been carefully renovated to enhance natural light while ensuring spacious and functional areas. Located on the first floor, the apartment features two triple rooms equipped with air conditioning and heating, one with a double bed and a single bed, and the other with three single beds. Two bathrooms—one inside the apartment and one outside—ensure convenience for larger groups. The property also includes a comfortable living room with a TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and Wi-Fi access. An innovative water filtration system provides fresh water without the need for plastic bottles, and there is also a small library dedicated to book crossing. The "I Girasoli" room combines comfort with a vintage atmosphere, featuring warm tones and retro furnishings.
